Painting from the Earth’s frequency
For a long time, the Earth has been understood as a physical space, a territory where life happens. But that understanding is incomplete.
The Earth is an energy that sustains all that we are.
The human figure and nature
When I paint, I do not place the human figure “within” nature. What emerges in the painting is a vibrational union, a shared territory where the face, the landscape, and the energy recognize each other as parts of the same presence.
The human figure and nature are a single expanded identity.
Watercolor as language
Watercolor allows me to work with that vibration. Color moves with the same logic as the Earth: it flows, expands, creates unexpectedly, and organizes the scene from a higher order. I dialogue with what emerges.
How the Earth appears in my works
In my works, the Earth is:
- light that makes its way through the face,
- branches that embrace and sustain,
- forms that suggest internal movement and presence,
- colors that speak of frequencies, rhythms, and vibrations,
- lines that remind us that everything is connected.
When the Earth ceases to be a stage
When we understand this, the way we perceive an artwork changes, and so does the way we relate to our surroundings.
The Earth ceases to be a backdrop and reveals itself as a vibrational field that sustains us, a living presence that accompanies us in our own internal processes.
Painting from this vision
Painting from this vision is painting from consciousness and allowing beauty to be an experience of connection.
It is remembering that each of our breaths is also the breath of the Earth and that, when we contemplate an image, we can return for an instant to that place where everything is one: face, energy, vibration, and life.
Thinking of the Earth as energy opens up a new visual language, a new way of understanding creation, and a new way of being in the world.
This is the vision that guides my work:
a vision where the Earth is not a landscape, but a presence;
It is much more than a context. It is the basis from which everything manifests itself.
It is a frequency.
